General information |
RTS - it's a group of special rollers designed to extend offer of standard rollers. They are produced for special demands of Client
Exemplary variants of rollers RTS execution:
- Steel roller from group RT1 or RT2 with diameter Ø 50 and Ø 60 mm equipped with one or two rows for transmission belt
- Steel roller from group RT2 with diameter Ø 80, Ø 90 and Ø 108 with one or two rows for transmission belt
- Steel roller from group RT1, RT2 or RT3 with welded guiding flanges. Guiding flanges might be welded in any location on roller's pipe. These rollers might be used as centering rollers (example: for palletes)
- Steel roller from group RT1, RT2 or RT3 with external 5mm PVC layer (hardness 63° in Shore's scale)
- Steel roller from group RT2 K1 and RT2 K2 with diameter Ø 50 mm with conical overlays which might work in temperature between -30°C and +70°C. Roller is used for driven curved conveyors.
- Steel roller from group RT1 or RT2 with diameter Ø 30 mm, and Ø 50 mm with conical overlays which might work in temperature between -30°C and +70°C. Roller is used for non-driven curved roller conveyors.
- Accumulative roller from group RT2 K1 and RT2 K2 with diameter Ø 50 mm and sprocket made of plastic.
Additionally we produce barrel shape rollers which are used in belt conveyors
