Roller curves (driven and non-driven) |
General information | Gallery |

Types of roller curves:
- Driven roller curves
- Non driven roller curves
Non driven roller curves mostly are used in all those places where transport of goods is carried out manually or gravitationally. It might be designed for purpose of non driven and driven conveyor lines.
The curves are mostly made with 90 degrees changing movement angle.
In driven roller curve the drive of curve might be realized by usage of driven chain or policord belts. In order to assure maintenance of constant angular velocity of transporting element in relation to the middle of the curve, the cylindrical rollers with conical nuts RTS are used. The drive is carried out from moto reducer.
Types of transporting rollers used in roller curves (depending on type of roller casing):
- cylindrical rollers
- divided cylindrical rollers
conical steel rollers - steel rollers with conical nuts
In order to protect transported element against falling from roller curve the side guides are assembled to the conveyor.
... and many, many others structures of roller curves executed in accordance with individual requirements of the Client.
