Non driven roller conveyors are mostly used in several branches of industry, where transport of goods is carried out manually or gravitationally. They might be matched with driven lines (as collecting conveyors at the end of the line) or construction of flow stacks in distribution centers. It might be used as a assembly stations next to production lines.
Due to type of structures we execute the following types of non driven roller conveyors:
- LTR
- STP
Non driven roller conveyors type LTR has characteristic stable structure made of steel sections (angle and C sections) located on supports with height adjustment possibility (30mm). We offer wide range of technical solution in relation to function, weight and type of transported material.
Types of used transporting rollers:
RTO RT1 RT2 RTS
The side guides, end bumpers, pneumatic stops etc. are used for non driven roller conveyors as an accessories.
Main advantage of non driven roller conveyors type STP is module structure. Special formed side profile with pitch of holes 33mm and non bolts (SW) assembly of rollers assure easy change of pitch. The standard length of side profiles are: 3000 and 6000mm. Module structure assure free and quick modernization of transporting lines.
